If you love BBQ, then you probably love Stubb’s line of BBQ sauces, marinades and rubs.  Stubb’s adds a blast of mouth watering flavor to any BBQ meal.

Below is a great recipe for Pork Spare Ribs featuring Stubb’s rub and sauces, which creates 4 to 6 servings:

1)        4 pounds of Pork Spare Ribs

2)        2 bottles of Stubb’s BBQ Sauce

3)        ½ cup of Stubb’s Hickory Smoke

4)        1 bottle of Stubb’s Moppin Sauce

5)        1 can of Stubb’s BBQ Spice Rub

First trim any excess fat from the spare ribs. Then generously rub Stubb’s BBQ Rub on both sides of the spare ribs. Once the spare ribs are coated in the rub, cut the ribs into two pieces. Then put the ribs into a large bag and pour in 1 bottle of Stubb’s BBQ Sauce and 1/2 cup of Stubb’s Hickory Smoke.  Then close the bag tight and place in the refrigerator for 24 hours before cooking.

When you are ready to cook those mouth watering spare ribs, preheat your oven to 225.  Then place the pork spare ribs into a large baking dish, and pour the 2nd bottle of Stubb’s BBQ Sauce over the ribs.  Once the ribs are covered in BBQ sauce, cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and cook for about 2 hours and 30 minutes.

After the ribs have cooked in the oven, place them on your grill on medium heat. While the ribs are simmering on the grill, use a basting brush to cover the spare ribs in Stubb’s Moppin Sauce. When the pork spare ribs turn a nice glistening brown, take them off of the grill, serve, and enjoy!
